Sessions and Fees
I offer short, medium, or long-term therapy appointments from my practice room in Nottingham city centre (NG1), which is easily accessible by public transport. Metered parking is available nearby, starting from £1.50 per hour.
Remote sessions via Zoom or telephone are also available, providing flexibility around accessibility, location, and scheduling, offering the same level of care in a way that fits more easily into your daily life.
Fees
Session Length and Fees
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Individual therapy: £70 per session
Couples therapy: £85 per session
Sessions are payable one week in advance to confirm and reserve your appointment time.
Availability
Appointments are available Monday to Thursday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than five working days’ notice are charged at the full session fee
